By Meta, yes, from 1 October 2026: Meta charges replies sent within 24 hours of a customer's message at its utility rate (₹0.115 in India). Before that date they are free. We add no platform fee on replies.
The plan pays for the platform: the team inbox, campaigns, bots, the sales pipeline and the number of contacts and agents. Messages are billed separately at the rates above.
Meta sets a higher rate for marketing messages than for utility and authentication messages. Our fee is the same for every category.

No. We are a Udyam-registered MSME and not registered for GST, so our platform fee has no GST added. Meta bills its own part to your Meta account and may add its own taxes there.
Two parties, kept apart. Meta's rate goes to Meta from the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business account. Our platform fee comes out of prepaid points in your workspace: 1 point = 1 message = ₹0.10.
