ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You agree that:

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

BUSINESS AND MESSAGING COMPLIANCE

By using Backtest Messenger, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WhatsApp messaging complies with:

Meta's applicable terms and policies
Applicable Indian laws and regulations
TRAI regulations, where applicable
Applicable data protection and privacy requirements
Any other laws or regulations applicable to your business and communications

You must obtain appropriate consent before sending promotional, marketing, or other messages where consent is required.

Spam, unsolicited messaging, abusive messaging, fraudulent communication, or any activity that violates WhatsApp or Meta policies is strictly prohibited.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to use Backtest Messenger for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not use the platform to:

Send spam or unsolicited messages
Send messages without appropriate customer consent where consent is required
Conduct fraudulent or deceptive activities
Impersonate another person or organization
Distribute illegal or harmful content
Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
Circumvent WhatsApp, Meta, or Backtest Messenger restrictions

WHATSAPP AND META POLICIES

Backtest Messenger operates in connection with third-party services, including WhatsApp and Meta.

Your use of WhatsApp Business API services is subject to the applicable policies, terms, rules, and requirements established by WhatsApp and Meta.

Backtest Messenger does not control WhatsApp or Meta's policies, approval processes, account reviews, restrictions, pricing, or service availability.

Any changes, restrictions, suspension, or termination imposed by WhatsApp or Meta may affect your ability to use related services through Backtest Messenger.

PAYMENT TERMS

Paid subscription plans are billed according to the pricing and billing terms displayed on the Backtest Messenger platform.

Unless otherwise stated:

Subscription charges are payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
Applicable taxes may be charged in addition to the listed subscription price.
Subscription charges are processed through supported payment providers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and valid.

Payments are generally non-refundable except where a refund is specifically permitted under our Refund Policy.

SUBSCRIPTION AND RENEWAL

Depending on the selected plan, subscriptions may renew automatically according to the applicable billing cycle.

You are responsible for reviewing your subscription details before completing a purchase.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays.

Service availability may be affected by:

WhatsApp or Meta service interruptions

Backtest Messenger is not responsible for downtime or service interruptions caused by third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

The Backtest Messenger platform, including its software, design, branding, content, features, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Backtest Messenger and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

USER RESPONSIBILITY
